鼻窦内窥镜手术与药物保守治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎临床分析

Endoscopic sinus surgery with conservative medical treatment of chronic nasal-sinusitis clinical analysis

目的：探讨鼻窦内窥镜手术与药物保守治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎临床效果。方法：收集2002年5月-2012年3月治疗的800例慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者,随机分成A组和B组各400例,A组进行系统药物治疗,B组行功能性内镜鼻窦手术联合系统药物治疗。结果：A组治愈321例,治愈率为80.25%,有效53例,有效率为13.25%,无效26例,总有效率为93.5%;B组治愈316例,治愈率为79.00%,有效59例,有效率为14.75%,无效25例,总有效率为93.75%,两组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：对于慢性鼻-鼻窦炎的治疗首选药物治疗,若药物治疗效果不佳的时候再选中手术治疗,才能达到较好的临床效果。

Objective To investigate the endoscopic sinus surgery with conservative medical treatment for chronic nasal-sinusitis clinical effect. Conclusion The for chronic nose-the drug of choice for treatment of sinusitis,if surgical treatment is the medication ineffective when selected,in order to achieve better clinical results.
