儿童纽扣式电池鼻腔异物致鼻化学腐蚀伤的防治及护理体会

Therapeutic and nursing experience of chemical etching caused by the button battery foreign body in the nose of children

目的:探讨纽扣式电池鼻腔异物对鼻腔黏膜损害的防治及护理方法。方法:总结12例纽扣式电池鼻腔异物的患者,其中能明确说明有异物塞入鼻腔当天就诊的6例。所有患儿在鼻腔异物取出前予以有效的心理护理,在取出纽扣电池后给予鼻腔冲洗及活性银离子抗菌液喷鼻等治疗、护理,疗程为3个月。结果:12例患者中,8例(包括上述6例发病当天就诊的患儿)恢复良好,3例患儿出现鼻中隔穿孔,1例患儿发生鼻腔粘连。结论:纽扣式电池鼻腔异物发生后需尽早取出并给予鼻腔冲洗及局部用药,可有效预防鼻腔并发症的发生。

Objective To explore the therapeutic and nursing regimen of chemical damage caused by the button battery foreign body in the nose of children. Methods Twelve cases diagnosed with the button battery foreign body in the nose of children were studied. There were six cases that visited the division of otolaryngology in the day in which button battery was inserted in nasal cavity. All cases and their parents were given psychological care before operation. Then,the twelve patients were treated with nasal irrigation with physiological saline and nasal spray with active silver ion antibacterial solution after operation for 3 months. Results Among the twelve cases,there were 8 cases（ including the above 6 cases who visited in the day） who got full recovery without any complication. 3 cases were found suffering from nasal septum perforation. There was 1 case who suffered from nasal adhesion. Conclusion Removal as soon as possible,nasal irrigation and nasal spray are necessary. Nasal complication such as septum perforation and nasal adhesion should be noticed.
