抚触与舒适护理对早产儿睡眠及生长发育影响的研究

Effect of touching and comfortable nursing for sleeping and growth and development on premature

目的:观察抚触及舒适护理对早产儿睡眠及生长发育的影响。方法:选取分娩的早产儿96例,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组48例,两组早产儿均给予早产儿喂养、洗澡、脐部护理等常规早产儿护理方式,试验组在此基础上给予抚触与舒适护理,4周后,观察其睡眠时间、体重、头围、身长等指数变化,探讨其睡眠以及生长发育情况的影响。结果:试验组早产儿的睡眠时间比对照组长,优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组各生长发育指标(体重、头围、身长)方面的增长均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:抚触与舒适护理确实能够改善早产儿的睡眠状况,且有利于其生长发育。

Objective To observe the effects of touching and comfortable nursing for sleeping and growth and development on premature. Methods 96 cases of premature were divided into treatment group and control group with 48 cases each group randomly. All cases were treated by routine nursing such as feeding,bathing,umbilical nursing. Based on these nursing,treatment group were treated by touching and comfortable nursing. After 4 weeks,the change of sleep time,weight,head circumference,height were observed to discuss the effects. Results The sleep time in treatment group was longer than control group,and the development index（ weight,head circumference, height） was better than control group,all the differences were significant,P〈0. 05. Conclusion Touching and comfortable nursing could improve the sleep for premature,and it is good for the growth and development.
