温家宝同志在和湖南大学毕业生座谈的重要讲话,标志着新时期高校辅导员的工作任务和内容被赋予了新的内涵。随着教育对象和教育内容的不断变化,辅导员在思想政治教育工作中的角色定位也在向多元化方向发展。新时期的辅导员要担当称职的教育者、管理者和服务者,要做学生信赖的知心朋友,要做学生信服的人生导师。
