商务英语人才培养应以实际能力为核心——跨文化商务交际能力的培养视域

Cultivation of Business English Talents should be Practical Competence-oriented——A Perspective of Developing the Ability of Intercultural Business Communication

在《高等学校商务英语专业本科教学要求》的基础上,阐述了本科商务英语教学中培养学生跨文化商务交际能力的重要作用,认为培养学生跨文化商务交际能力在商务英语人才培养目标中占据核心地位;培养商务英语人才的最终目的也是让学生掌握实际的跨文化商务交际能力;最后试图设置一个比较合理的培养学生跨文化商务交际能力的课程群,以期能够对商务英语人才培养起到一定的积极作用。

Based on National Curriculum for BA Program in Business English of China, this paper starts with elaborating the importance of developing students＇ ability of intercultural business communication and then puts forward that developing students＇ ability of intercultural business communication is essential to the objectives in business English talent cuhivation and the final purpose of English talent cultivation is also to enable students to master the practical capacity of intercultural business communication, and finally, it attempts to set a more reasonable curriculum group for developing students＇ ability of intercultural business communication in order to exert a positive influence on the cultivation of business English talents.
