我国区域纵向医联体模式及发展现状

Study on the Models and Development Status of Regional Longitudinal Medical Alliance in China

国家医改方案中将调整医疗资源配置作为区域医疗卫生体制改革的重要任务,近期国家鼓励以"医联体"形式促进区域医疗资源合理配置。各地已经根据自身实际情况进行了医联体改革的探索。本文通过选取较具代表性的3个市(镇江市、武汉市、上海市)的医联体模式进行对比分析,以期展示我国医联体近几年的发展现状,并认为目前医联体的构建还处于探索阶段,不同模式各存利弊,还需因地制宜进行合理的制度设计。

The national health reform program regards the allocation adjustments and integration of medical resources as an important task of regional medical heahh system reform.Recently,the state encouraged to develop the form of ＂ medical alliance＂ to promote regional allocation of medical resources rationally.Many areas have been carried out to explore the ＂medical alliance＂ reform according to their actual situation.Through comparative analysis of three representative cities＇（Zhenjiang,Wuhan,Shanghai） medical alliance models,we look forward to showing the status and development of medical alliance of China in recent years.Analysis indicates that the medical alliance construction is still in the exploratory stage and there are both advantages and disadvantages of different models so that we need to design rational systems according to local conditions.
