浅谈护理风险管理与对策

Discussion on the Management and Countermeasures of Care Risk

加强护理风险管理、保障护理安全是医院管理的重要环节。导致护理风险的主要原因包括护理人员防范意识不强、患者特殊体质及家属因素、医院组织管理和药物使用制度缺陷等。本文在分析护理风险原因的基础上提出加强风险管理的对策:制定严格的护理安全管理标准,加强护理人员的法律法规教育、技能培训及学习,实施重点病例上报管理,借鉴国际经验进行风险转移等,从而降低护理风险,提高护理质量,避免或减少医疗纠纷的发生。

To enhance care risk management and safeguard care quality and security is an important constituent part of hospital management.The main reasons leading to care risk include the low quality of nurses＇skill and sufficient awareness of risk prevention,bizarre condition of patients and shortcomings of hospital management and so on.Based on what is said above,this paper put forwards some countermeasures which includes enhance awareness of care prevention and establish strict care standards,implements clinical key case reported system.And nurses should be educated about nurse skill and relevant laws and regulations.So as to prevent care quality and avoid doctor-patient dispute.
