家庭环境对大连市某高校医学生关怀能力的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的:明确家庭环境对医学生关怀能力的影响,为拓展医学生关怀能力培养途径提供依据。方法:采用自编的一般资料问卷和许娟等翻译修订的关怀能力量表,抽取大连市某医科大学护理学专业、临床医学专业各年级本科生共559人进行问卷调查。结果:父母孝敬老人程度、学生意见在家庭中的认同程度、与母亲(最亲近女性长辈)关系的融洽度、父母接受子女付出的程度,对关怀能力的影响有统计学意义(P﹤0.01),所有自变量能解释关怀能力总变异的29.1%;父母孝敬老人程度、与母亲的关系融洽度,在耐心维度的标准偏回归系数达到最高,分别是0.269、0.303;父母对子女意见的态度、父母对子女为其付出的态度,在勇气维度的标准偏回归系数达到最高,分别是0.250、0.170。结论:尊老、融洽的家庭关系,平等、承担责任的家庭教育,对关怀能力的形成具有重要意义。 Objective:To explore the influence of family environment on caring ability of medical students,and provide the basis for the development of medical students caring ability cultivation.Methods:Using the questionnaire survey,the contents of questionnaire include demographic information designed by researcher and Caring Ability Inventory (CAI) translated and revised by Xu Juan.Total sample size of 559 came from professional,full-time clinical medicine undergraduates and nursing undergraduates of a medical college.Results:Influencing factors associate with caring ability include:the attitudes of parents toward the elderly,the relationship with mother,the lever of being agreed with his parents,the lever of parents accepting their children to paying for them.All variables can explain 29.1% of the total variation of caring ability.The most influencing factors is the attitudesof parents toward the elderly (β =0.269),the relationship with mother (β =0.303) associated with patience dimensions ; the lever of being agreed with his parents (β =0.250),the lever of parents accepting their children to paying for them (β =0.170) associated with courage dimensions.Conclusion:Respect,harmonious family relationship,equality,responsibility family education has important significance on the formation of caring ability.
