SOAP模式在北京市某医院临床药师培训中的应用与思考

为了提高临床药师培训工作质量,北京市某医院在临床药师培训工作中通过运用SOAP模式在临床工作的应用方法,提高了培训质量,即在临床药师的培训中,将包括药历书写、查房、会诊和病例讨论等内容,均采用SOAP模式的应用于临床药师的培训各个环节。经过一年的培训,学员在药历书写、药学查房、会诊和病例讨论等方面的临床思维能力,均有了较为明显的提升。为此,在临床药师培训工作中采用SOAP方法有利于临床药师能力的培养。

Through introducing the SOAP model to improve the clinical practice training quality.It was divided into four parts in clinicalpractice,respectively,pharmacy record,and pharmacy rounding the ward,consul and case discussion.Preceptor should constantly stress repeatedly the SOAP model in each part training to promote the formation of students＇clinical thinking.After a year of training,the students have mastered the patients＇disease information collection and clinical thinkingmethods,in the aspects of pharmacy record,pharmacy rounding the ward,Consuelo and case discussion has been improved.SOAP model can improve the ability of clinical pharmacists in clinical thinking.This method is worth promoting.
