影子连带对企业知识转移影响研究:以动态环境为调节变量

Research on Affection of the Ghost Ties to the Firms Knowledge Transfer:Selecting the Dynamic Environment as Moderator Variables

以往针对企业组织网络关系的研究,通常从社会资本、结构洞、关系、强连带和弱连带等理论出发,很少有学者研究虚拟存在的影子连带对企业发展的影响。通过调查长三角地区60家企业,实证分析了在动态环境下影子连带对企业知识转移的影响。研究结果表明,影子连带与企业知识转移存在倒U型关系,其中未来连带与企业知识转移存在倒U型关系,而过去连带与企业知识转移存在U型关系;动态环境正向调节两者关系。

In the past ,when we study the organization network relationships between the enterprises ,we often start from the theories such as social capital ,structural holes ,relationships ,strong ties ,Weak ties and so on .While there are few scholars study the influence of ghost ties to the development of firms .According to the investigation w hich comes from 60 companies ,187 employees of the enterprises ,it taking the empirical study about the influence of ghost ties to the firm knowledge transfer under the dynamic environment .The research results show that the ghost ties has the inverted U-shaped relationship with the firm knowledge transfer .In fact ,the relation between the future ties and the enterprise know ledge transfer is inverse U shape w hile the relation betw een the past ties and the enterprise know ledge transfer is up-right U shape ,and the dynamic environment have some positive relationship with the ghost ties and enterprise knowledge transfer .It provides a new way of thinking to the practice and theory for the enterprise ,and it also enriches social network theory .
