摘要
由于传统的磁流变阀阀芯和阀体相对固定使得阻尼间隙不变,所以阀进出口压差变化范围不大。基于此,设计了一种新型阻尼间隙可调式磁流变阀,该磁流变阀的液流通道间隙可在一定范围内变化。同时搭建了阻尼间隙可调式磁流变阀实验测试平台,并进行了相关性能测试,分析了阀进出口压降与电流、负载的相关关系,同时对不同阻尼间隙下的磁流变阀进出口压力变化进行了初步分析。
The pressure drop of the magnetorheological (MR) valve varies little as the resistance gap between the MR valve spool and the MR valve body is fixed.So,a new type of MR valve with adjustable resistance dap is put forward to overcome this shortcoming.The test rig of the new MR valve was built,and the experimental tests were also carried out on this test rig.The relationships among the pressure drop,the input current and loadings are analyzed.Meanwhile,the pressure drops under two different resistance gaps are also investigated.
