中西医结合治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效观察

Therapeutic Effects of the Combination of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on Ulcerative Colitis

目的:观察中西医结合治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效。方法:将120例溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为两组,对照组55例口服美沙拉秦等治疗,治疗组65例在对照组基础上配合参苓白术散加减口服及黄连解毒汤加减灌肠等综合治疗。3个月为1个疗程。结果:治疗组65例,治愈35例,显效18例,好转9例,无效3例,总有效率95.38%;对照组55例,治愈13例,显效16例,好转15例,无效11例,总有效率80.00%;治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药口服及灌肠等综合治疗溃疡性结肠炎,明显优于单纯使用西药治疗。

Objective： To observe the therapeutic effects of the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on patients with ulcerative colitis. Methods： One hundred and twenty patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. The control group was admitted with Mesalazine etc orally. The treatment group were given with comprehensive treatment of modified shenling baizhu powder orally and huanglian jiedu decoction topical enema on the basic treatment as control group. The treatment period is 3 months. Results ： In 65 cases of the treatment group, 35 cases were cured, 18 cases markedly effective, 9 cases improved, 3 cases ineffective, the total efficiency is 95.38%. In 55 cases of the control group, 13 cases were cured, 16 cases markedly effective, 15 cases improved, 11 cases ineffective, the total efficiency is 80.00%. The curative effect of treatment group was better than the control group. Conclusion： It has a good effect in treatment of ulcerative colitis with the comprehensive treatment of TCM medicine orally and enema etc. significantly better than western medicine treatment.
