摘要
以阿维菌素、德根贝等生物制剂为材料,通过田间小区试验,研究了不同生物制剂对烤烟的病害防效和农艺及经济性状的影响。结果表明:施用"德根贝(90 mL/667m2)+阿维菌素(100 g/667m2)+商品有机肥(200 kg/667m2)"的处理对烟草根结线虫病的防效最好,在团棵期、旺长期和采烤结束后防效分别达到51.92%、62.16%和56.09%,对改善烤烟的农艺性状和经济性状的效果明显好于其他处理。
Using ifeld plot test, the effects of different biological agents (avermectins, Degenbei,etc.) on disease control effect, agricultural traits and economic traits of tobacco were studied. The results suggested that the treatment applied with Degenbei (1 350 mL/hm2)+avermectins (1 500 g/hm2)+ organic fertilizer (3 000 kg/hm2) had the best control effect on tobacco root-knot nematodes disease, and its control effect reached 51.92%, 62.16% and 56.09% in the rosette stage, the rigorous growth period and after collecting and cured leaves, respectively; its effects on the improvement of biological traits and economic traits of tobacco were signiifcantly better than the others. In a conclusion, the method not only can prevent and control the main diseases of tobacco, but also can increase the yield and output value of tobacco. Therefore, it suggested to promote and apply the method in the tobacco production.
