摘要
笔者概述了无功补偿装置的主要类型及其特点,介绍了西安高压电器研究院有限责任公司研制的复合电能质量调节装置的设计原理及结构。利用基于最新实时数字仿真系统(RTDS)的电力系统实时仿真试验平台研究并验证了该产品的无功调节控制功能和动态性能,对试验结果进行了分析,同时探讨了相关电能质量标准的试验要求。
The main types and characteristics of reactive power compensation devices are summarized. The principium and architecture of the compound power quality regulation device developed by Xi'an High Voltage Apparatus Research Institute Co.,Ltd.(XIHARI)are described in detail. The reactive power regulation function and the dynamic performance of the compound power quality regulation device are validated by the electric power system real-time simulation and test platform based on the latest real-time digital simulation test system(RTDS), and the test results are analyzed. Moreover,the test requirements of correlative power quality standard are discussed.
