光伏/风电并网测试装置的设计和开发 被引量:14

摘要 解析了国内相继制定的风电/光伏并网测试标准,分析了目前国内风电/光伏低电压穿越能力和电网适应性能力测试装置特点,依据现行完善的标准体系,分别开发研制了一台低电压穿越测试装置和一台电网适应性测试装置。笔者对其工作原理、功能特性进行了介绍,并在某光伏电站进行了实验验证。其结果表明,两台设备独立测试、方便快捷、性能可靠,能够完全满足相关的风电和光伏并网测试标准的所有技术指标和功能要求。 This paper analyzes the grid code requirements on wind power/photovoltaic grid connection in domestic and then introduces their characteristics of low voltage ride through(LVRT),grid adaptability and testing devices. According to the current standard system,a LVRT and a grid adaptability testing device are developed respectively. Working principle and features have been introduced in this paper,meanwhile,the devices have been applied in a photovoltaic power station and the features have been verified. The test results show that:the two devices are convenient,reliable,which are independently tested,and can fully meet all technical specifications and functional requirements relevant to wind power/photovoltaic grid connection.
