摘要
针对液压启闭机设备专业性强、故障复杂的特点,提出了一种基于故障树的故障诊断系统,描述了液压启闭机系统故障树的建立及故障树中故障事件参数的设定,实现了故障原因的诊断及故障发生部位的定位。同时还重点研究了液压启闭机故障树定性分析、定量分析功能的实现,并以液压缸无动作故障为例进行分析,验证了系统的有效性。
