不同比例PA10T/PA6T/66合金的性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用双螺杆挤出机制备了尼龙(PA)10T/PA6T/66合金,用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、红外(IR)以及毛细管流变仪等仪器详细表征了不同比例合金的熔融结晶行为和流动性的变化。结果表明,添加PA6T/66,由于酰胺交换反应的发生破坏了PA10T分子链的规整性,熔点与结晶温度降低;随着PA6T/66添加比例的增加,熔体剪切黏度呈递减趋势。 PA10T/PA6T/66 alloy with different ratio was prepared using twin screw extruder.The melt crystallization behaviors of the alloy were thoroughly characterized by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and infrared (IR).And the melt flow behavior of alloy was characterized by capillary viscometer.The results showed the melting point and crystallization temperature decreased because the structure of the molecular chain of PA10T was destroied for the amide exchanging reaction.All the results could well be used in directing following modification processing.
