消瘀散联合补肾健脾法治疗膝骨关节炎临床研究

Clinical Study of Using Xiaoyu Powder and Bushen Jianpi Method to Treat Knee Osteoarthritis

目的:观察消瘀散联合补肾健脾方治疗膝骨关节炎(KOA)的临床疗效和安全性。方法:将60例符合膝骨关节炎诊断标准的患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例,治疗组采用消瘀散联合补肾健脾方,对照组服用硫酸氨基葡萄糖,连续治疗12周,停药后继续观察4周;如关节疼痛剧烈且不能忍受,加口服塞来昔布,并记录合并用药服用时间、次数及剂量;评价消瘀散联合补肾健脾方治疗骨关节炎的临床疗效,主要指标包括中医证候评分和WOMAC评分。结果:治疗组治疗膝骨关节炎在显效率、总有效率及改善中医证候评分和WOMAC评分方面明显均优于对照组。结论:消瘀散联合补肾健脾方治疗膝骨关节炎能明显改善患者临床症状,疗效优于硫酸氨基葡萄糖组,具有很好的临床价值,值得临床推广和进一步开发应用。

Objective： To observe the effect and safety of Xiaoyu Powder combined with Bushen Jianpi Method to treat knee osteoarthritis （KOA）. Methods ： 60 patients were randomly divided in accordance with knee osteoarthritis of the diagnostic crite- ria for 30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the controlled group, the treatment group with Xiaoyu Powder and Bushen Jianpi Recipe, the controlled group took glucosamine sulfate, continuous treatment for 12 weeks, 4 weeks after drug ceased; such as joint pain and could not bear, plus oral celecoxib, and record the combined medication taking time, frequency and dose ; evaluation of clinical efficacy of Xiaoyu Powder and Bushen Jianpi Recipe in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis, including main index of TCM syndrome score and WOMAC score. Results ： The treatment group for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis in significant efficiency, total efficiency and improvement of the TCM syndrome score and WOMAC score were better than the controlled group. Conclusion： Xiaoyu Powder combined with Bushen Jianpi Recipe in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, curative effect is better than that of glucosamine sulfate group, has the clinical value of good, worthy of clinical application and further development and application.
