中医泻浊解毒法治疗痴呆的系统评价

Systematic Evaluation of Using Xiezhuo Jiedu Method to Treat Dementia

目的:观察中医泻浊解毒法治疗痴呆的临床疗效。方法:纳入以痴呆患者为研究对象的临床随机对照试验,用Revman 5.2软件进行Meta分析。结果:所纳入的9篇研究,质量普遍偏低,经meta分析显示,采用中医泻浊解毒法治疗痴呆患者总体疗效优于单纯西医药物治疗,其汇总0R 2.85(95%CI 1.80~4.51),差异有统计学意义(P<0.00001);在改善ADL评分方面,单纯西医药物治疗痴呆患者优于法效果优于采用中医泻浊解毒法治,WMD-4.03(95%CI-5.14^-2.93),差异有统计学意义(P<0.00001)。结论:采用中医泻浊解毒法治疗痴呆患者,在总体有效率与单纯西医药物治疗比较有可能更有效,但是在改善ADL评分方面,可能单纯西医药物治疗痴呆患者优于采用中医泻浊解毒法治疗。尚需更多高质量研究以增加证据的强度。

Objective ： To assess the effect of the TCM purging turbidity method of detoxification in the treatment of dementia. Methods： Chosing patients with dementia as clinical randomized controlled trial of the research object. Analysis was performed to use Meta Revman 5.2 software. Results： Quality of 9 studies included were generally low. By the analysis of meta display, it was better for treatment with the TCM purging turbidity method of detoxification than pure western medicine dementia. Overall curative effect, for the summary OR 2. 85 （95% CI 1.80 -4.51 ）, difference had statistical significance （P 〈 0. 00001 ） ; to improve the ADL score, the effect of pure western medicine was better than the TCM purging turbidity method of detoxification with WMD-4.03 （95% CI -5. 14 --2.93）, and difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 00001 ）. Conclusion ： The effect of the TCM purging turbidity method of detoxification therapy in patients with dementia, in the overall efficiency but reducing the ADL score, it may be better than the pure western medicine treatment to the overall curative effect, but It may be worse than the pure western medicine treatment to improve the ADL score, and more high quality studies are still needed to increase evidence.
