温阳消饮法对胸腔积液模型大鼠肾脏水通道蛋白2表达影响的研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的:研究温阳消饮法消除胸腔积液与调节肾脏水通道蛋白2表达的相关性。方法:采用计算机随机分组方法,将SD成年雄性大鼠分为温阳消饮组、模型对照组、空白对照组,每组动物12只。1%角叉菜胶胸膜腔注射,建立胸腔积液模型,B超确认造模成功。于造模后2小时开始灌胃给予苓桂术甘汤合葶苈大枣泻肺汤药液,每日1次,连续4天。于造模后第5天处死各组大鼠,采集肾脏组织,并用免疫组化法检测AQP2表达。结果:①空白组与温阳消饮组水平相当(P<0.05);②二者均高于模型组(P<0.05,P<0.05)。结论:温阳消饮法可上调胸腔积液大鼠肾脏AQP2表达。 Objective: To explore the correlation between pleural effusion removal by warming Yang to resolve fluid-retention therapy and the expression of aquaporin 2 regulation. Methods: SD adult rats were randomized divided into three groups including the treatment group with warming Yang to resolve fluid-retention therapy, the model group and the controlled group. There were 12 animals in each group. The pleural effusion mold was formulated by 1% Carrageenan injection and was evaluated. The treatment was applied in two hours after molding for incessant 4 days by once a day. Then the rats were killed on the fifth day after molding and their kidney tissue were collected. We compared the three sets of AQP2 expressed with immunohistochemistrical method. Results : (1)The level of the blank group and drug group was almost the same ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; (2)Both were higher than that of the model group (P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion: Warming Yang to resolve fluid-retention therapy can upregulate the expression of AQP2 of the pleural effusion rats.
