自发左冠状动脉回旋支夹层介入治疗1例
摘要
自发性冠状动脉夹层（spontaneous coronary artery dissec‐tion ，SCAD）是一种少见的冠状动脉疾病，主要表现为冠状动脉内膜自发撕裂或冠状动脉壁内出血造成夹层，影响或阻断冠脉血流，其发病率约为0．2％～0．3％［1］，成为年轻女性猝死的重要原因。
