苜蓿皂苷及其在禽类生产中的应用

紫花苜蓿营养丰富,干物质含量高,是我国种植面积最大的优质牧草。长期以来,紫花苜蓿的利用主要集中在反刍动物上,在单胃动物中的研究和应用较少。近来的研究表明,紫花苜蓿在单胃动物中应用后能提高其生产性能,肉蛋中的胆固醇含量是因其含有苜蓿皂苷等活性成分所致,故苜蓿皂苷提取物在单胃动物中的功能研究日益引起了人们的关注。苜蓿皂苷是从苜蓿中提取的一种有效活性物质,其生物功能表现多样。文章综述了苜蓿皂苷在降低胆固醇、增强免疫、抗氧化等方面的作用,并介绍了其在禽类生产中的研究现状,旨在为今后的生产实践提供参考。

Alfalfa is one of the most important forage crops in the world wide because of its high yield, good quality and suitability. The application of alfalfa were focused on ruminant animals, however, those of monogastric animals were ignored. Recent years, researches pay great attention to explore the utilization of monogastric animals in alfalfa extracts. Alfalfa saponins are effective substances extracted from medicago saliva. II has lois of biological functions, which lowed cholesterol in animal products, improving egg quality and so on. The paper introduces application of alfalfa saponins in poultry production.
