不同调质温度日粮对肉鸡生产性能和小肠形态功能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 利用艾维茵肉鸡研究不同调质温度处理对日粮营养物质表观消化率、肉鸡生产性能和小肠形态与酶活的影响,旨在找到一个适宜的生产肉鸡颗粒饲料的调质温度,为肉鸡颗粒饲料的合理生产提供技术支持,以降低粪污对环境的污染。试验设置70℃、80℃和90℃三个不同的调质温度处理组,采用饲养试验、消化代谢试验和屠宰试验研究不同调质温度处理日粮对营养物质消化率、生产性能、小肠黏膜形态及消化酶的影响。结果表明:三种调质温度日粮间的营养物质采食量、营养物质消化率、平均日增重、平均肉料比、V/C、淀粉酶和胰蛋白酶活性差异均不显著(P〉0.051,但70℃和80℃处理组肉鸡的干物质消化率、粗蛋白消化率、粗脂肪消化率、平均日增重、平均肉料比、淀粉酶和胰蛋白酶活性均比90℃处理组高.调质温度过高的日粮将降低肉鸡小肠的V/C比值和酶活,从而降低营养物质消化率和肉鸡的生产性能,玉米一豆粕型肉鸡颗粒饲料适宜的调质温度为70~80℃。 Avian broilers was used to study the effect of different conditioning temperatures on nutrients apparent digestibility, performance, intestinal morphological structure and enzyme activity in order to develop an optimal conditioning temperature, support technically production of broiler pellet and decrease the pollution of sewage. A feeding , metabolism and slaughter experiment was conducted to study the effect of diets which conditioned at 70 ℃, 80 ℃ and 90 ℃, respectively on nutrient digestibility, performance, intestinal morphological structure and enzyme activity.Resuhs indicated that there was no significant (P〉0.05) difference in terms of nutrients intake, nutrients digestibility, average daily gain, gain to feed, V/C, activity of amylase and trypsin when broilers fed diet conditioned at 70 ℃, 80 ℃ anti 90 ℃, respectively, but the parameters in question above were higher when broilers offered diets conditioned at 70 ℃ and 80 ℃, respectively compared with broilers fed diet conditioned at 90 ℃. To feed broilers an over conditioned diet decreased the V/C and the activity of amylase anti trypsin with a result of lower nutrients digestibility anti performance, the optimal conditioning temperalure for corn-soybean based broiler diet was 70-80 ℃.
