摘要
根据飞机蒙皮的结构特性及飞机的工作环境,分析了飞机蒙皮中常见的缺陷及损伤类型,对其相关的无损检测技术进行了研究。通过对几种常见的检测方法优劣性的分析,提出一种基于超声相控阵技术的飞机蒙皮检测方法,并对相控阵换能器的辐射声场进行计算仿真,分析了检测中的声场特性。最后,对飞机蒙皮试块进行检测试验,验证了超声相控阵技术在新型复合材料检测中的优势,应用于飞机蒙皮的检测有较好的发展前景。
According to the features of the new composite materials and the working environment of the aircraft,the common types of defects and damages are analyzed,the related NDT technology is researched.By comparing the pros and cons of several detection methods,an aircraft skin detection method based on ultrasonic phased array technology is proposed,at the same time,radiated sound field of phased array transducer is computed and simelated,and the sound field characteristic in detecting is analyzed.The result of experiment proves that the phased array technology has a greater advantage in detection of new composite materials than traditional means,and a good development prospect applied to the detection of the aircraft skin.
