摘要
针对平台动态漂移测试人工操作误差大、自动化程度低的问题,设计了基于位置敏感探测器PSD的平台动态漂移自动化测试系统。针对PSD非线性对平台漂移测试系统测量范围和测量精度的影响,提出一种新算法。该算法首先利用双线性插值对PSD的非线性误差进行修正,然后用BP神经网络非线性逼近特性进一步修正,最终得到修正值。将其应用于平台漂移测试,试验结果表明,该方法能有效消除非线性的影响,使PSD的B区(边缘区域)获得了A区(中央区域)近似的线性度,扩大了测量范围,同时测量精度达到了平台漂移测试的精度要求。
A dynamic automatic drift test system of inertia platform based on position sensitive detector(PSD) is designed because of the platform' s great manual operation error and low degree of automation.A new method is presented to eliminate the influence of nonlinear error of PSD on the measurement scale and accuracy of automatic drift test systerm of inertia platform.Firstly,nonlinearity error is corrected by bilinear interpolation algorithm.Then further correction is done based on nonlinearity approximation of BP neural network,the corrected data are gotten.The result of the application of the algorithm in the test shows that nonlinearity influence is reduced effectively.The B zone gets the approximate linearity from the A zone.The measuring range is expanded.The test accuray achieves requirement of drift test of inertia platform.
