摘要
系统地介绍了膜法除硝装置现运行中存在的问题、技术改造应用及运行后的效果分析。改造后,膜法除硝装置稳定运行状况得到了有效的延长,生产能力、产品质量及稳定性等方面都得到了有效提高,降低了该装置的开停车频率和岗位操作的工作强度,取得了良好的节能降耗效果。
The technical transformation of existing application and operation of membrane in effect analysis of denitration device present problems in operation were systematically introduced. Removal by membrane operation status of denitration device stability has been prolonged, production capacity, product quality and stability has been improved. Reduce the device starting and stopping frequency, reduces the work strength of post operation. Achieved well energy saving effect.
