为了提高建三江农垦社会信息化水平,在建三江管理局满足三网融合的基本条件下,提出了电信网、广播电视网和互联网三网融合的网络平台构建方案,方案不仅满足了人民群众日益增长的生产生活需求,而且降低了社会管理成本,提升了资源利用水平。

In order to improve the level of the social informatization,this article put forward the convergence solution of telecom network,CATV network and internet network under the basic condition of convergence for three networks. The scheme not only satisfied the people′s growing needs of production and living,but also reduced the cost of social management and enhanced the level of resource utilization.
