黑龙江省农产品流通现代化发展评价

Evaluation of Development on the Agricultural Product Circulation Modernization in Heilongjiang Province

以学者们建立的我国农产品流通现代化评价指标体系为基础，对农产品流通现代化指标体系中个别指标进行了调整，运用熵值法与综合评价法对2004～2010年黑龙江省农产品流通现代化发展进行实证分析。结果表明：黑龙江省农产品流通现代化水平在波动中呈整体上升趋势，与近年来黑龙江省农产品流通的外部环境、相关企业的发展以及市场供求关系等发展变化有着密不可分的关系，但高速的发展对于弥补先天的滞后仍需要较长的过程。

Based on the evaluation index system of the agricultural product circulation modernization that was established by scholars in our country,the individual index of the evaluation index system had been adjusted,which analyzed the development of the agricultural product circulation modernization of 2004-2010 in Heilongjiang province by the entropy method and comprehensive evaluation method. The results showed that the development level of the agricultural product circulation modernization appeared the overall upward trend with fluctuation,and the results was related with the development of external environment,the development of related enterprises and supply and demand of market change,but high speed development to make up the congenital lag would need a long process.
