摘要
以环保型充油丁苯橡胶SBR1739为研究目标,研究了在高苯乙烯(ST)含量条件下单体配比、相对分子质量调节剂用量、氧化-还原水平、乳化剂配比等对乳聚丁苯橡胶(ESBR)聚合反应速率的影响,制备了SBR1739样品。结果表明,增加ST含量,ESBR聚合反应速率明显提高;增加氧化-还原水平可以有效增加聚合反应速度。
With the aim to develop SBR1739 new diene to styrene on polymerization rate of ESBR, the reduction level and emulsifier ratio on polymerization product, the effects effects of molecular rate of ESBR were of comonomer ratio of buta weight regulator, oxidationinvestigated experimentally The results showed increasing the amount of styrene and the oxidation-reduction level could increase polymerization rate obviously.
