跨国公司对中国企业技术溢出效应的实证研究

Empirical Research on Technology Spillover Effect from Multinational Corporation to Chinese Enterprise

考虑到跨国公司对中国企业的技术溢出效应具有滞后性，构建面板数据模型考察了跨国公司当期和前1～3期的研发投入、专利申请数、发明专利数和产值对中国企业当期的对应指标的影响。结果显示：存在跨国公司对中国企业的技术溢出；不同方面的技术溢出的同期效应不一定大于滞后效应，即跨国公司前2期的研发投入对中国企业当期的研发投入的影响要大于跨国当期的研发投入对后者的影响，跨国公司当期的专利申请数和发明专利数对中国企业当期的专利申请数和发明专利数的影响最大，跨国公司前2期的产值对中国企业当期产值的影响最大。

Considering the lag effect of technology spillover from multinational corporations to China′s enterprises ,this paper builds a panel data model to study the impacts of current and former 1-3 periods of R＆amp;D investment ,patent application ,patent application number ,invention pa‐tent number and output value of multinational corporations on the corresponding indexes of China′s enterprises .The results show as follows ：there exists the technology spillover effect from multinational corporations to China′s enterprises ,and these effect in different periods are differ‐ent ;specifically ,the impact of former two periods R＆amp;D investment of multinational corporations on current period of R＆amp;D investment of China′s enterprises is greater than that of current period of R＆amp;D investment of multinational corporations ;the impacts of current period of patent appli‐cation number and invention patent number of multinational corporations on those of China′s enterprises are the greatest ;the impact of former two periods of output value of multinational corporations on current period of output value of China′s enterprises is the greatest .
