摘要
针对新建投产的130 t转炉,利用自产蒸汽,成功替代密封转炉氧枪口氮气,解决了蒸汽密封替代氮气密封的技术问题,使得炉子在检修时两路汽源相互共存交替使用,从而实现了转炉工序负能炼钢降耗的目的。
In regard to the newly built 130t converter, this paper uses the self-produced steam, which successfully replaces the nitrogen vapor in oxygen muzzle of the converter and solves the technical problem of replacement of steam seal for nitrogen seal. It realizes the interchangeable coexistence of two steam source in the maintenance, thus reduces the consumption of steelmaking.
