摘要
从鼓风机风量的选择、煤气除尘系统的选择、热风炉蓄热面积的选择、高压变频电机的选择几方面的分析计算,体现高炉设计节能的必要性,以降低高炉生产成本,提高产品质量,从源头上杜绝不必要的浪费。
From the calculation and analysis of blower air volume, gas dust removal system, heat storage area of stove, and motor converter with high frequency, this paper reflects the necessity of energy-efficient blast furnace design so as to reduce the costs of blast furnace production, improve the product quality, and eliminate unnecessary waste from the source.
