Introduction to Hot Extruder

对太钢不锈钢管公司热挤压机的设备配置和功能、挤压工艺以及模具设计进行了阐述。指出挤压温度和挤压速度是挤压工艺的两个主要参数;模角、工作带长度和直径、入口圆半径及模具预热温度是模具设计的主要考虑参数。

This paper briefly introduces the devices and functions of hot extruder, extrusion process and mold design in tube company of TISCO stainless steel. It pointes out that the extrusion temperature and extrusion speed are the two main parameters of the extrusion process. The die angle, length and diameter of workingtape, outlet diameter, inlet radius and preheat temperature of tool and mold are the main parameters to be considered.
