不同基质、植物激素、遮阴度对黑加仑嫩枝扦插的影响

摘要 选用8种基质,3种植物激素和3种遮阴度,研究扦插基质、植物激素和遮阴度对黑加仑(Ribes nigrum L.)嫩枝扦插效果的影响。结果表明,以泥炭苔藓和混合基质为基质的插穗成活率最高;不同植物激素处理对黑加仑嫩枝插条成活率影响从高到低的顺序是:ABT>IBA>NAA,浓度均为150mg/L为宜;遮阴可以促进黑加仑嫩枝插条成活率。 Abstract: Eigt different substrates, three plant hormones and three shadings were chosen to study the effect of different substrates and plant hormones and Shading on Ribes nigrum L. softwood cuttings.The results showed that the survival rate of cuttings based on vermiculite of sphagnum and mixed-substrates was the highest ; The influence of different plant hormone treatments on the survival rate of softwood cutting from Ribes nigrum L. showed following sequenses. ABT〉IBA〉NAA, concentration 150 mg/I. was appropriate; shading can promote the survival rate of Ribes nigrum L. softwood cuttings.
