摘要根管治疗是牙髓病、根尖周病的最有效的治疗方法[1]。临床上弯曲根管的预备容易出现工作长度丧失、根管偏移、台阶的形成、根管口敞开等问题,这些一直是根管治疗的难点。目前临床上常用ISO标准型不锈钢K锉进行弯曲根管预备,其在预备过程中易出现各种并发症,影响治疗效果。如何提高弯曲根管治疗的成功率是一个值得研究的课题,由于Twisted Files（TF）镍钛锉具有优良的根管成形性和柔韧性,
