摘要
航空发动机非包容转子碎片可能产生严重的危害,中国民用航空规章CCAR25部(运输类飞机适航标准)要求必须采取设计预防措施将飞包容性事件产生的危害减至最小。为了达到飞机适航标准,对某型飞机进行了较为简易的非包容转子碎片风险计算,计算结果满足适航要求。研究结果对于进行航空发动机叶片包容性设计和适航取证具有重要参考价值。
Serious harm may caused by Uncontained Engine Rotor Fragments,CCAR25 (Airworthiness Standards: Transport Category Airplanes) stipulates that applicant must make design considerations to minimize hazards caused by uncontained engine rotor failure. This paper calculated simply the risk on a certain aircraft, good agreements with the airworthiness standard are obtained from the calculation results. This research is valuable in the engine containment design field and airworthiness certification field.
