焊点虚焊是车身焊接的主要问题之一,对产品的质量影响很大。就某些焊点虚焊的质量问题进行分析,识别焊点虚焊失效的潜在原因,解决虚焊的质量问题,从而提升车身焊接质量。
The spot weld is one of the main problems in body welding, a great impact on the quality of the products. The quality problem of certain joints weld is analyzed, the potential causes of recognition joints weld failure, solve the quality problem of weld, so as to enhance the quality of automotive body welding.
