不锈钢机架焊接变形的热矫正

摘要 分析了一种不锈钢机架的加工制造过程及变形矫正方法。首先,根据机架的结构特点和尺寸要求,制定了合适的焊接工艺;然后,细致分析了该结构焊接变形的主要原因;在此基础上,采用火焰及水冷却的方法对结构的变形进行矫正,最终使结构尺寸达到了设计图纸的各项要求。 The manufacturing process, a stainless steel frame and the deformation correction methods are analyzed. First of all, based. First of all, based on the structure and size of the request frame, the formulation of appropriate welding process; and then, a detailed analysis of the main causes of the welding deformation of the structure. On this basis, using the method of flame and water cooling on the deformation of the structure size correction, finally achieves the design requirements of the drawing.
