摘要
利用连轧生产中"秒流量不相等"的原理研究确定了一种直观的连轧张力测定公式:Fn=k×ΔVn=k×(Si+n×vi+n-Si-1×vi-1),结合测径仪面积测算和轧辊线速度可以直接获取轧机之间钢的张力大小,能够实现实时监控张力的目的,防止堆钢和钢因张力过大而拉断。
A visual tension force formula of tandem rolling in productive process is determined by unequal of mass flow, the formula is: Fn = k×△ V. = k × (S(i+n)× v(i+n) - S(i-1) × v(i-1)). Combine the data of area calculated by gauging arrangements and liner speed of roller, the tension force between millers can be obtained directly. This will realize the tension force real time monitored to prevent piling-up of steel and steel be fractured due to overlarge tension force.
