摘要
对导致原干式蒸发器出现泄漏的原因进行了分析,并从设计和加工工艺两方面对其进行了技术改进,生产试验和用户使用的结果表明,改进后的干式蒸发器从根源上彻底解决了原干式蒸发器存在的泄漏问题,满足了用户的使用要求,提高了产品质量和可靠性。
The reason of leading to leakage of the original dry expansion evaporator is analyzed. Technical improvements in design and processing technic are carried out. The results of production testing and consumers＇ using indicate that the improved dry type evaporator has completely eliminated the problem of leakage and the new evaporators have met the consumers＇ requirements. The quality and reliability of products are also improved.
