摘要
目的:探讨红斑汤对环磷酰胺所致骨髓抑制小鼠外周血及骨髓细胞CD34、CD45表达的影响。方法:除正常组外,其余各组给以环磷酰胺25 mg·kg-1,隔日1次,腹腔注射2次即可造成骨髓抑制模型,正常组以生理盐水代替。观察红斑汤对小鼠外周血细胞及骨髓细胞CD34、CD45的影响。结果:与正常组相比,模型组小鼠外周血白细胞、红细胞、血红蛋白、血小板及骨髓细胞CD34、CD45均可见降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);红斑汤组及鲨肝醇组小鼠外周血中白细胞、红细胞、血红蛋白、血小板与模型组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),可以认为红斑汤组与鲨肝醇组,具有促进骨髓抑制小鼠白细胞、红细胞、血红蛋白、血小板的恢复,且鲨肝醇组疗效不显著优于红斑汤组(P>0.05);红斑汤组和鲨肝醇组骨髓细胞CD34、CD45及CD34、CD45的双阳性率也明显高于模型组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),说明红斑汤组和模型组均能促进骨髓细胞CD34、CD45的恢复,且鲨肝醇组不优于模型组(P>0.05)。结论:红斑汤具有升高骨髓抑制小鼠外周血中白细胞、红细胞、血红蛋白、血小板及骨髓细胞CD34、CD45;具有改善环磷酰胺对小鼠骨髓抑制的作用。
Objective:To investigate the effect of hong-ban soup on peripheral blood and expression of bone marrow cells CD34, CD45 in bone marrow suppression mouse induced by cyclophosphamide. Methods: A mouse model of cyclophosphamide-induced bone marrow suppression, observed erythema soup of mouse peripheral blood ceils and bone marrow cells CD34, CD45. Results : Compared with the normal group, the model mice group peripheral blood of WBC, RBC, Hb, PLT and bone marrow cells, CD34, CD45 were seen to reduce, was statistically significant (P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01 ) ;The mice peripheral blood of WBC, RBC, Hb, PLT in the hong-ban soup group and the medicine Batilol group, with the model group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0. 05 ) , it's can think that the hong-ban soup group compared with the medicine Batilol group, can promote bone marrow suppression mouse peripheral blood of RBC, Hb, PLT recovery ; and the medicine Batilol group, the effect is not better than the hong-ban soup group ( P 〉 0.05 ) ; The hong-ban soup group and the medicine Batilol group of bone marrow cells-CD34, CD45 and CD34, CD45-positive rate was significantly higherin the untreated group,the difference was statistically significant( P 〈 0.05 ), the hong-ban soup group and model group could promote the recovery of bone marrow ceils CD34, CD45, and the control group were not better than the model group ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion : The Chinese medi- cine hong-ban soup with increased bone marrow suppression in mouse peripheral blood WBC, RBC, Hb, PLT and bone marrow cells CD34, CD45 ;improve cyclophosphamide in mice bone marrow suppression.
