摘要
目的:观察血府逐瘀汤对冠心病心绞痛患者血脂的影响。方法:将120例患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组60例与对照组60例,两组均予以常规治疗(阿司匹林、β受体阻滞剂、硝酸酯类、ACEI),观察组加用血府逐瘀汤治疗,对照组加用辛伐他汀治疗,每日1次,口服,4周为1个疗程。结果:观察组中医证候疗效有效率为50.00%,对照组有效率为51.66%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后血脂水平较治疗前有改善,与对照组治疗后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血府逐瘀汤治疗冠心病心绞痛合并高脂血症疗效显著,但辛伐他汀对高脂血症的疗效优于观察组。
Objective ：To observe the influence of Xue fu zhu yu decoction to coronary heart disease angina pectoris patients blood fat. Methods ：120 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group of 60 cases ,the observation group in the conventional treatment on the basis of application of coronary heart disease（CHD） drugs（ lipid drug exceptions） to oral Xue fu zhu yu decoction and control group in conventional application in treatment of coronary heart disease（CHD） based on drugs to statins（ simvastatin） oral. Results：To observe the curative effect of TCM syndrome group the explicit rate 50.00% , the control group show rate 51. 66%, two groups of comparisons difference was statistically significant（ P 〉 0.05 ） ;The observation group after treatment lipid levels before is improved, and the control group after treatment comparison difference have statistical significance（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ：Xue fu zhu yu decoction in the treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris merger hyperlipemia have certain curative effect, but statin on hyperlipidemia is better than that of the curative effect of observation group.
