中西医结合治疗泌尿系结石临床研究

Clinical Study on Treatment of Urinary Calculi Integrative Medicine

目的:观察中西医结合治疗泌尿系结石的临床疗效。方法:将157例患者按随机数字表单盲法分为治疗组78例和对照组79例,对照组口服呋塞米、氯化钾片和白茛菪碱片治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加服自拟的逐瘀排石汤(醋三棱12 g,醋莪术15 g,鹿角霜15 g,怀牛膝15 g,王不留行20 g,金钱草30 g,海金沙12 g,益母草15 g,鸡内金10 g,巴戟天20 g,冬葵子15g,石韦15 g)治疗。结果:治疗组有效率为94.8%。对照组有效率为60%。两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗泌尿系结石疗效显著。
