耳穴贴压配合药物治疗抑郁症伴失眠临床研究

Clinical Study of Auricular Point Sticking Combined with Drugs in the Treatment of Depression with Insomnia

目的:观察耳穴贴压配合口服氟哌噻吨美利曲新片(黛力新)治疗抑郁症伴失眠的临床疗效。方法:将64例轻中度抑郁症伴失眠的患者随机平均分为治疗组和对照组,对照组口服黛力新,治疗组在对照组基础上配合耳穴贴压。分别在治疗前、治疗2周后、治疗4周后对患者进行HAMD、PSQI评分,根据其治疗前后的评分评价其疗效。结果:治疗组治疗2周后HAMD、PSQI评分分别为:(16.52±4.71)分,(9.21±2.54)分;治疗4周后HAMD、PSQI的评分分别为:(12.01±4.47)分,(6.22±2.33)分。对照组治疗2周后HAMD、PSQI评分分别为:(18.57±3.90)分,(11.32±2.17)分,治疗4周后HAMD、PSQI的评分分别为:(14.43±4.04)分,(9.43±2.37)分。两组评分在治疗后2周、治疗后4周比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:耳穴贴压配合口服黛力新治疗抑郁症伴失眠的疗效较好。

Objective ： To observe the effect of auricular-plaster therapy combined with oral administration of Flupentixol Murray song film （Deanxit） clinical curative effect of the treatment of depression with insomnia. Methods：64 patients with mild to moderate depression with insomnia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the control group was given oral Deanxit, control group once again based on the combined with auricular point sticking;respectively before and after the treatment,2 weeks,4 weeks after treatment with HAMD, PSQI score, according to the condition of reduction before and after the treatment to evaluate its efficacy. Results：The treatment group after treatment of 2 weeks ,4 weeks after the treatment, HAMD, PSQI score were higher than those in control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion ：The curative effect of auricular point sticking combined with Deanxit for depression with insomnia was superior to that of oral drugs.
