为加强和改善思想政治理论课教学效果,中宣部、教育部出台了新课程方案,如何在新的历史时期,贯彻好新方案精神,实现中学阶段与大学阶段的有效衔接,这是一个亟待解决的问题。要明确课程目标,树立整体意识,创新教学方法,剖析教学对象,加强师资队伍建设,加强实践教学,实现教学衔接的实效性、渐进性和针对性,实现理论与实践相结合,提升教学质量。
