少数民族居民社会适应方式研究

A Study on Social Adaptation Mode of Minority Residents

依据默顿提出的社会失范理论和社会适应方式,采用修订的"社会适应方式问卷"对2000名贵州省少数民族居民进行问卷调查。贵州少数民族居民主要采用的社会适应方式依次为遵从、形式主义、创新、反叛和逃避;少数民族居民社会适应方式在教育水平、职业、地域等因素上存在一定的差异。最后,根据研究结果,提出若干对策和建议。

Based on Merton＇s theory of social anomie and social adaptation mode, 2000 Guizhou minority residents were investigated using revised social adaptation mode questionnaire. Guizhou minority residents mainly uses the social adaptation are compliance, formalism, innovation, rebellion and escape; minority residents＇ social adaptation mode are some differences in the level of education, occupation, region and other factors. Finally, according to the research results, we put forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
