摘要 结合水路军事运输实际,在界定滚装码头的含义和构成的基础上,分析了部队水路军事运输对滚装码头的勤务需求,提出了滚装码头建设贯彻国防要求的具体内容和技术要求,建立了滚装码头建设贯彻国防要求的参考指标体系。 According to the reality of military waterway transportation and on the basis of the definition and construction of the Ro - Ro terminal, this paper analyzes the service demand of Ro - Ro terminal by the military waterway transportation, proposes the specific content and technical requirement for the Ro - Ro terminal construction for the national defense demands and establishes a reference index system of the Ro - Ro terminal construction for the national defense demands. It provides a common framework and reference for the building of Ro - Ro terminal on demands of national defense in the future.
