独立学院作为我国高等教育事业中以全新的体制机制运行的新型办学组织,具有不同于一般大学组织的特殊性。新的体制机制带来了独立学院发展所面临的办学体制、运行机制、教育理念、职业价值等诸多方面的组织冲突。化解独立学院的组织冲突,需要确立独立学院的组织使命、优化权力机制、创新教学模式、重塑伦理共同体,建构独立学院发展的和谐秩序。

As a new educational organization, the independent college is different from the general university organization because of its particularity. Owing to the new institutions and mechanisms, the independent college faced many organizational cordlicts such as educational system, operating mechanism, educational concepts, professional values, etc. Accordingly, from the point of organizational ethics, the independent college must define its organizational mission, optimize rights mechanisms, innovate teaching modes, reconstruct ethical community and build a harmonious order in order to resolve ethical conflicts of the independent college.
