上海自贸区的建立对优化中国在亚太地区贸易格局的重要意义

改革开放以来,中国经济取得了举世瞩目的成就,在全球的经济地位日益提高。然而在新一轮的区域自由贸易谈判中,中国在亚太地区却遭遇贸易瓶颈,屡屡受挫。在此背景下,中国从全局出发把建立上海自贸区作为二次"入世"的突破口。上海自贸区的建立有助于中国参与到全球新一轮贸易规则的制定中,获取更多主动权;有助于将上海打造成亚太供应链核心枢纽;有助于促进中国经济进一步升级。上海自贸区的建立可解决中国在亚太地区遭遇的贸易瓶颈,优化贸易格局,为中国开放型经济拓展新的发展空间。

Since the reform and opening up, Chinese economy gained the success that attract worldwide attention and is increas- ing day by day in the world. However, in the new round of regional free trade negotiations, China has encountered the bottleneck of trade and is frustrated in the Asia - Pacific Region. In this context, China was established Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone as the second breakthrough into the WTO from overall situation. Establishing Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone will help China in- volve in a new round of global trade rules and get more initiative ;it will help Shanghai to build into Asia - Pacific core hub of supply chain; it also helps Chinese economy for the further upgrade. The establishment of Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone can solve the bottlenecks that China encountered in Asia Pacific trade and optimize the trade structure as a new space for Chinese open economic development.
