人机界面操作系统在电刷镀电源中的应用

摘要 人机界面(HMI)自身带有操作系统,内部嵌有功能强大的组态软件,是近年来广泛应用于自动控制的新型控制元件。探索将HMI用于电刷镀电源控制,介绍了通过HMI建立电刷镀专家系统的基本原理,将电刷镀工艺和电源控制完美结合,提升了电源的附加值。同时展示了电刷镀专家系统图示化的工作界面和流程,HMI可完全取代了以往的纸质工艺文件及作业指导书,固化了工艺。同时,可以大大降低劳动强度和用人要求,提高了刷镀质量。 Human Machine Interface (HMI) is widely used in automatic control in recent years. In this paper, the HMI is used to control the power supply for brush electroplating, the basic principle of establishing brush electroplating expert system by HMI is introduced, the brush electroplating technology and power supply control are combined perfectly, the added value of power supply is increased. Also, working interface and flowchart of the system are presented. HMI can completely replace the traditional paper technical documents and working instructions, so it can greatly reduce the labour intensity, employee requirements and improve the oualitv of brush eletroplating.
